Licence to cook - Pizza


Who doesn´t like pizza? Kids love it and our guests too. Hands full of flour and kneading the dough is the best. Everyone makes their own pizza, parents too. Choose your favourite toppings: smoked salmon, tuna, eggplant, avocados, red onions, peppers, sardines, mussels, goat cheese, mozzarella or portuguese cheese from our favourite cheese shop Juustokauppa Miguel "Say-cheese" at Hietalahdenkauppahalli. Lilia suggested candies as topping. Three to four minutes in a hot oven and that's it.



A quien no le gusta la pizza? A los niños les encanta y a nuestros amigos invitados también. Las manos embadurnadas de harina y amasar es lo mejor. Cada uno hace su pizza, mayores también.  Elige tus propios ingredientes: salmón ahumado, atun, aguacates, berenjena, cebolla roja, pimientos, sardinas, mejillones, queso de cabra, mozzarella o queso portugues de nuestra quesería preferida Juustokauppa Miguel, "Say Cheese" en Hietalahden kauppahalli. Lilia quiso poner caramelos. 3 a 4 minutos en horno fuerte y lista.



Pizza dough:

Fresh yeast 30 g
Salt 1 Tbs
Water 2 1/2 dl
Extra virgin olive oil 1 dl
Organic flour 7 1/2 dl

Mix yeast with lukewarm water, then the rest of the ingredients, lastly the flour adding it little by little to the mix. Let it rest for at least 45 min.
